Wages & Benefits:

• Paid training - wages starting at $17.00/hour ($1.00 Increase every 1,200 hours worked until you reach $21.00 per hour)
• After you earn $21.00/hr, your next raise is $28.73/hr
• Earn up to $28.73/hr for experienced roofers. Those with foreman abilities can earn additional pay.

• Employer funded pension plan. 
• Paid on-the-job training. 

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform the work of the trade.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Able to pass drug screening

**Special Consideration for those that can pass a background check and are able to work on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base**
